Room available long term or short term rent in Clovelly (between Clovelly Road and Arden Street), at 10 minutes walk to Coogee beach or 5 minutes walk to Clovelly beach.

Room is $425 + $25 each for bills.

Ideally looking for long term

The room is cozy and the appartment great and modern.

You will share the apartment just with only one person, a 31yo Italian guy who’s been living here for the past 6 years.

Really easy going and friendly, working from home most of the time.

He’s after someone to share a home with, someone clean and respectful that will treat the house as if it was his own.

The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic as it has bus stops to the city at 50m, shops, cafes, bottle shops and everything else at 50m also.

Free parking all over the street.

I personally use lime bikes a lot and get to Bondi Junction in 10mins or even Paddington in 15-20mins.
