ABOUT THE HOUSE

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated in a safe neighbourhood. The house is fully furnished (other than the master room) with a cozy lounge room area, open kitchen & a backyard patio area.

There are tonnes of indoor and outdoor plants, as well as an aquarium.

The garage has enough space for 1 car + additional storage space. The driveway has room for 2 cars.

Other features include:

Walking distance to Whiteman Edge shopping centre, gym, takeaway outlets.

Bus stop across the road, 5mins via bus to Whiteman Park Station (25min to the city).

5min drive to Whiteman Park with lots of walking paths.

8min drive to Ellenbrook shopping centre.

Next to the Swan Valley wine region (and lots of fresh produce nearby).

ABOUT US

We are 2 girls in our mid 20s – Grace, and Brie. Brie works part time and is in the final year of her Masters, and Grace works full time. We enjoy our down time but don’t mind a glass of wine in the kitchen together after work or watching an episode. We like op shopping, plants, crocheting (Brie), reading, cooking (Grace) and social sports (netball and beach volleyball).

It’s generally a pretty quiet, lowkey household (tired gals), and having lived together for a few years, we want to find someone who fits well with our existing dynamic.

ABOUT YOU

We’d prefer to share our home with another girl in a similar situation to us, who likes a clean house and can stick to a rotating cleaning roster, preferably working full time or study/working and can comfortably pay rent on time.

We love to socialise but we’re not a party house.
