Bills due every 3 months. You will be sharing the flat with 2 other friendly couples in there mid to late twenties, both working during the day and evening, they are very friendly and respectful of each others space. They are quiet, clean and very easy to live with. On floor 14 with beautiful views all round you are a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Woolworths and lots of restaurants directly beneath the building. B-line buses go from beneath the building every 10 minutes, great network to CBD and the rest of the Northern Beaches. Large communal area and lots of storage. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher all in the flat. Fully furnished and air conditioned, there is also a gym, swimming pool and sauna inside the building and free car parking beneath the building. Bedding is not included - you will need to provide your own.
