Room for Rent – Alkimos (New Build) 300pw + bills Hi everyone, we have an unfurnished room available in our newly built 4x2 home in Alkimos. 300pw + bills (split 3 ways). Comfortably fits a queen bed, side tables and includes a large double wardrobe. You’ll also have the main bathroom to yourself. The house is located less than 1km from Shorehaven beach and is close to the train station for easy access to the city. You’ll be sharing with myself who works FIFO 2:2 and my partner who does shift work as a flight attendant (29M,26F). We both enjoy going to the gym and tend to spend most of our downtime at home.
