Short-Term Burwood Room Available (3 Weeks) – $200/week, Bills Included Hello Everyone! We’ve got a room available for 3 weeks from May 4 - May 25 and are looking for someone easygoing, clean, and respectful to stay with us. The room: - Fully furnished - Built-in wardrobe with good storage - Comfortable and ready to move in - Room has its own private bathroom Rent: - $200 per week (all bills included) - Fixed 3-week stay The home: The unit is just 10 minutes away from the station and there’s also a bus stop at the corner of the unit. There’s also a Living room and Kitchen (pictures provided upon request) You’ll be living with a roommate and kids, so it’s a family home. It’s generally a relaxed and friendly environment, but we do appreciate someone who’s mindful of noise and shared spaces. The bathroom isn’t ensuite, but it’s kept clean and shared respectfully. Not a party house, so it’s best suited to someone who’s just looking for a calm, comfortable place to stay short-term.
