The house is in a quiet area, comfortable with nice views and a pool. It’s 2 minutes walk to the bus and 5 minutes drive to MacArthur Station, MacArthur Square , Campbelltown Hospital and Western Sydney Uni. Lease can be 6-12 months with 2 weeks bond and 1 week advance. Female preferred as the place is shared mostly by women.
